We process text you paste, import from a .txt file or WhatsApp .zip export, or extract from selected screenshots and review before analysis. It may contain messages and personal information about other people. Relationship type and stage, usual messaging rhythm, behaviors that matter to or concern you, advice tone, and a default question are stored as preferences on your device and included with analysis requests. Hide Personal Information is enabled by default and masks sender labels, email addresses, phone numbers, and links in text prepared for submission. It does not automatically remove every personal detail, including names mentioned inside message bodies. In on-device text reading mode, screenshot reading occurs on your device. The screenshot itself is not uploaded by that mode; the text you review and submit is sent for AI analysis. If you choose full visual reading, recompressed copies of the selected screenshots with image metadata removed are sent through our server to AI processing. Names, avatars, faces, and other details visible within the pixels can be transmitted with the image. Metadata removal does not hide visible personal information. Undersay uses submitted images to read the conversation you ask it to analyze, not to identify a person through face recognition or biometric authentication. Selected text, coach inputs, relevant preferences, and screenshots only in full visual mode travel over HTTPS to our Firebase Cloud Functions backend in europe-west1 (Belgium), then through OpenRouter to an eligible provider serving Claude Haiku. The response returns to the app. Our function processes conversation content in memory during the request, not as a stored server conversation archive. Firestore holds user-linked usage counters, not conversation text, screenshots, or reading reports. AI requests require OpenRouter endpoints classified as zero-data-retention and disallow data-collection routes. Fallback routing is allowed only within those constraints, so the serving host can vary, including eligible Amazon Bedrock or Google Vertex AI endpoints for Claude. OpenRouter input/output logging and optional product-improvement sharing are disabled for the app's account. ZDR concerns inference content, not all usage or security metadata; OpenRouter also permits certain in-memory prompt caches under its ZDR definition. We do not sell submitted conversations, use them to train our own models, or build advertising profiles.AI istekleri, OpenRouter’ın sıfır veri saklama sınıfındaki uçlarını gerektirir ve veri toplama rotalarına izin vermez. Before conversation analysis or reply-coach content is sent, the app asks for conversation-text sharing permission. Full visual reading requires a separate screenshot-sharing permission; text permission does not authorize image uploads. On-device OCR and importing content do not themselves send that content to AI. An extracted transcript requires text permission before analysis. Manage either permission in Profile → Privacy and Data → AI Sharing. We store only the permission scope, disclosure version, and agreement time locally as the consent record, not conversation content. Material changes to recipients, purposes, or data scope require a new permission for that scope. Withdrawal blocks new content submissions and attempts to cancel in-flight requests, but cannot recall content already transmitted or erase existing technical records. Firebase Authentication creates a random anonymous user ID to protect the service without email registration. This is a server-side technical account, not a claim that all activity is unidentifiable. Firebase App Check with Apple's app/device attestation helps verify legitimate requests. Network infrastructure receives an IP address when connecting; authentication and verification tokens are processed for access and abuse prevention.Firebase Authentication, e-posta kaydı olmadan hizmeti korumak için rastgele anonim kullanıcı kimliği oluşturur. Service records can include request ID, fixed error category, model, token counts, cost, and HTTP status. Cloud infrastructure request logs can also include IP address, user-agent, URL path, request size, and duration. Our application logging is designed to exclude messages, prompts, screenshots/base64, AI responses, and authentication secrets; malformed-request errors are handled without logging their body. Provider keys remain in Google Cloud Secret Manager. Connections use HTTPS/TLS and local analysis history uses iOS complete file protection. Firestore stores the Firebase user ID, date/month, and counts of readings, visual extractions, and coach requests to apply usage allowances and protect the service. Subscription verification links the Firebase ID to an Adapty customer profile. The app does not use advertising or ATT/IDFA tracking. Adapty processes subscription and paywall activity as described below; this is not a claim that the app has no analytics. The app does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, or push-notification access. Names and contact details are not requested as registration fields but can appear in submitted content or support email.Uygulama reklam veya ATT/IDFA takibi kullanmaz. Completed reading reports, short excerpts appearing in reports, and a nickname you assign are stored in analysis history on your device rather than uploaded as a server history. Preferences are stored locally. Content received through the share extension is held in the app's shared on-device container until read, then removed. Unread shared screenshots have a maximum one-hour lifetime. Local history and preferences remain until deleted in the app or the app's local data is removed. Technical records have a different lifecycle from conversation content. Operational and infrastructure request logs follow the serving environment's configured Cloud Logging retention period; required administrative audit logs have Google's separate 400-day retention. Account deletion does not erase these log buckets. Provider metadata, backups, and records needed for legal or security duties can follow separate schedules; they are not a conversation history.Teknik kayıtların yaşam döngüsü konuşma içeriğinden farklıdır. Daily usage-counter expiry is set to two days after the end of the day; monthly-counter expiry is two days after the end of the month. Firestore TTL deletion is asynchronous, so reaching that timestamp is not a guarantee of immediate removal. Firebase anonymous identity is retained until account deletion or applicable automatic cleanup. In environments with anonymous cleanup enabled, unlinked anonymous accounts become eligible for deletion after 30 days under Firebase's rules; this is not a promise that every account is deleted on day 30. Uninstalling alone does not request account deletion. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable recordkeeping duties, then deleted or minimized when no longer needed. OpenRouter routes conversation text, context, coach input, and full-reading screenshots to an eligible host for Anthropic's Claude Haiku model. Possible hosts include Amazon Web Services through Bedrock and Google Cloud through Vertex AI, subject to availability and the request's ZDR restrictions; this does not mean every request is sent to all these companies. Anthropic is the model developer, not necessarily the direct recipient of a request. Adapty provides subscription presentation, purchase/restore support, subscription-access verification, and related paywall analytics. Apple provides App Store purchasing, the photo picker, device/app attestation, and iOS sharing facilities. Google/Firebase, OpenRouter, the eligible model host, Adapty, Apple, and their subprocessors may process relevant data outside Turkey or your country of residence. Conversation analysis can process another person's messages and information, even when they do not use Undersay. Submit content only when you have a lawful right to share it for this purpose, respect others' privacy, and remove unnecessary identifying details. Do not submit unnecessary information about health, sexual life, beliefs, or other sensitive matters, or private content about children. We use content to provide requested analysis, secure the service, answer requests, and meet applicable duties. They may describe communication signals or propose replies; they do not establish someone's true feelings, intentions, mental health, or future behavior. Profile → Delete All Data requests removal of your Firebase anonymous account and its daily/monthly Firestore counters, followed by local readings, preferences, and AI permissions when the server step succeeds. If server deletion fails, the app offers retry, local-only deletion, or cancel. Undersay offers weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store. The product identifiers are com.velon.undersay.weekly and com.velon.undersay.annual. Available products, current prices, billing periods, included features and usage allowances, currencies, taxes, and any introductory offers are shown before purchase. Undersay uses Adapty to show subscription offerings, retrieve App Store products, support purchase and restore actions, and verify subscription access. The Firebase UID is supplied as the Adapty customer user ID. Adapty may process its profile ID, product and transaction identifiers, purchase/subscription status, renewal and expiry information, paywall events, and relevant device/app/network metadata. Undersay does not send conversation text, relationship context, screenshots, face pixels, or AI reading/reply content to Adapty. Payment credentials are handled by Apple, not received by Undersay or Adapty through the app. Logging out of Adapty can leave the previous profile and its purchase records with Adapty; logout is not a deletion request. Deleting app data, deleting the Firebase account, withdrawing AI permission, or uninstalling Undersay does not cancel an App Store subscription or request a refund. Manage cancellation separately in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Undersay.
