These Terms govern the EraMe iOS app and related pages on https://velonapps.com, provided by Hüseyin YAŞAR under Velon Apps. By using the app or making an in-app purchase, you agree to these Terms. EraMe transforms a selected portrait into AI styles inspired by the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, Y2K, and yearbook photos. Optional cultural-region selection adjusts period styling. Generation uses our Firebase Cloud Function on Google Cloud in the United States and fal.ai. Anonymous authentication, app verification, server purchase verification, and credit records support the service. You or the relevant rights holder retain ownership of submitted content. You give us and the necessary providers limited permission to transmit and process the photo and selected style through Google Cloud and fal.ai, generate and deliver the result, and store the selected images in local History as needed for the requested service. Era images are creative entertainment, not historical evidence or guaranteed reproductions. AI may alter facial appearance, hairstyle, clothing, skin texture, lighting, background, and other details. Outputs may be inaccurate, unrealistic, non-unique, or different from your expectations; review them before saving or sharing.Dönem görselleri yaratıcı eğlence içindir; tarihsel kanıt veya garantili yeniden üretim değildir. Do not rely on the app for identity verification, face recognition, age estimation, official documents, forensic or medical evaluation, or other high-risk decisions. EraMe offers weekly and monthly auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time photo-credit packs through the Apple App Store. The current price, currency, taxes, billing period, included photo credits, and any offers are displayed before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.EraMe, Apple App Store üzerinden haftalık ve aylık otomatik yenilenen abonelikler ile tek seferlik fotoğraf kredisi paketleri sunar. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Subscription photo credits are allocated at the start of each billing period. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next period and cannot be used after the subscription expires. One-time packs are not subscriptions, do not renew automatically, and their credits do not expire. After purchase, the app sends Apple's signed transaction information to our server. The server verifies the signature using Apple's certificates and records the purchase and credits. Credit balances are associated with the App Store purchase rather than being held only on a device; the on-device balance is a display cache.Satın alma sonrasında uygulama Apple’ın imzaladığı işlem bilgisini sunucumuza gönderir. Use Restore Purchases with the purchasing Apple Account to retrieve the subscription balance associated with the purchase, not a new free allocation. The app supports automatic pack-credit restoration after reinstallation on iOS 18 or later; contact support on earlier versions or if restoration fails. When generation fails on the server or is blocked by a safety filter, the deducted credit is returned to the balance. If generation succeeds but downloading the image to the device fails, the credit may already have been used and is not automatically returned by that download failure; contact support for review. The app does not silently start another paid generation. Credit adjustments are separate from App Store payment refunds, which Apple handles at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ under its policies and applicable law. Deleting History or the technical account, withdrawing AI permission, or uninstalling EraMe does not cancel an App Store subscription or request a payment refund. Cancel renewal separately through your Apple Account settings. If the service is used again, a new anonymous account may be created and verified purchases linked again; this is not a promise that deletion leaves every service-access state unchanged.Geçmiş’i veya teknik hesabı silmek, AI iznini geri çekmek ya da EraMe’yi kaldırmak App Store aboneliğini iptal etmez veya ödeme iadesi talebi oluşturmaz. In the updated app, open Home → Settings → Delete My Account and App Data and review the confirmation. The server removes the authenticated user's Firestore account link, records a deletion marker, and deletes the Firebase Authentication account. After server success, the app clears local History files, settings, displayed credit cache, and AI permission. If server deletion fails or cannot be confirmed, the app reports the problem and lets you retry; it does not automatically clear local data as if server deletion succeeded. If server deletion succeeds but some local files cannot be removed, the app reports the remaining cleanup and retries it locally, including on reopening. Account deletion does not erase subscription-wallet or pack transaction/credit records, undelivered purchase records kept on the device to finish delivering a paid entitlement, existing Adapty profiles, fal.ai records/files, technical logs, support correspondence, or copies saved to Photos or shared elsewhere. Wallet and pack records preserve the purchased balance and prevent the same transaction from granting spent credits again; they may be shared by more than one technical account. These transaction-linked records are not treated as anonymous merely because they do not contain a Firebase UID. You can withdraw AI-sharing permission in Settings without deleting the account. New photo uploads are then blocked until permission is given again. Neither withdrawal nor account deletion recalls already transmitted photos, automatically erases provider records, cancels Apple renewal, or creates a payment refund. Purchase and restoration conditions above remain applicable, including no new allocation of spent credits.Hesabı silmeden Ayarlar’dan AI paylaşım iznini geri çekebilirsiniz. Do not use EraMe for unlawful, misleading, harassing, discriminatory, impersonating, fraudulent, privacy-violating, or rights-infringing purposes. Do not submit child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, or photos of people without permission. Do not present generated images as genuine historical photos or verified evidence.EraMe’yi hukuka aykırı, yanıltıcı, taciz edici, ayrımcı, kimlik taklidi içeren, hileli, gizlilik veya hak ihlali oluşturan amaçlarla kullanmayın. Do not bypass payments, credit limits, verification, or safety controls; overload the service; attempt unauthorized access; or reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law. The service depends on your device and connection, our Google Cloud/Firebase backend, fal.ai, Adapty, Apple, and related infrastructure. Maintenance, queues, safety checks, capacity limits, verification failures, outages, and provider changes may interrupt generation or delivery. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, successful generation for every image, perfect face preservation, historical accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.
