EraMe is an iOS AI portrait transformation app with styles inspired by the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, Y2K (early 2000s), and yearbook photos. An optional cultural-region choice, such as Turkey or Japan, adjusts period styling details. EraMe is developed by Hüseyin YAŞAR, publishing under Velon Apps. This policy describes photo processing, anonymous identity, purchases, providers, retention, and deletion. The in-app account-deletion and consent-withdrawal controls below describe the updated app; older installed versions may not include them. On first launch, Firebase Authentication creates a random anonymous user ID without asking for your name, email, password, or social login. This is a technical authentication account. We use the ID to associate requests and purchased credits. Server-side identity and purchase/credit records exist even though there is no email registration or personal profile form.İlk açılışta Firebase Authentication; ad, e-posta, parola veya sosyal giriş istemeden rastgele anonim kullanıcı kimliği oluşturur. Anonymous means that you do not provide a name or email for this account; it does not mean that requests and purchase records cannot be associated with the technical ID. The following categories support the requested transformation, purchase verification, credit accounting, security, and paywall performance measurement. Our Firestore user, wallet, and pack records do not contain photos, face data, names, email addresses, or IP addresses. This statement concerns those database records, not every infrastructure provider's processing. Before your first generation, the app explains the photo transfer and asks you to Accept and Continue before the paywall and before sending the photo. If you cancel, the selected photo is not transmitted for generation. The app resizes the selected image to approximately one megapixel, prepares it as JPEG, and sends it with the style ID and optional region selection to our Firebase Cloud Function in us-central1, United States. The server relays it to fal.ai (Features & Labels, Inc.) as a base64 data URI inside the request, with server-prepared style instructions. The configured model endpoint is fal-ai/flux-2/flash/edit, using a FLUX model from Black Forest Labs. Our server holds the photo only in memory for processing and releases it when the request ends; it does not save it as a file or write it to a database. fal.ai returns a generated-image link from fal.media, which the app downloads for display and local History. In the updated app, withdraw AI-sharing permission from Home → Settings. The common upload layer blocks new photo submissions while permission is off, and a later generation requires permission again. Withdrawal does not recall photos already transmitted, delete provider copies, or cancel a subscription. A selected portrait may contain facial pixels. EraMe processes the photo and the corresponding transformed output to create the era/style you request. EraMe does not create or collect biometric identifiers, faceprints, facial templates, landmark coordinates, depth maps, identity labels, or face-recognition results. The anonymous Firebase ID is a technical account identifier, not a biometric identifier.Seçilen portre yüz pikselleri içerebilir. EraMe uses face pixels for the requested visual transformation and before/after display, not identification, authentication, surveillance, tracking, profiling, advertising, sale, or comparison between people. Photos pass through Google Cloud to fal.ai as described above. Our Firestore records do not contain photo or face content, and updated application logging excludes raw provider responses and photo payloads. History holds up to 50 successful generations on the device, including the original photo, generated image, style, and date. History is excluded from iCloud backup. The device also stores a last-known credit balance for display, purchase records awaiting successful delivery to the server, the selected region, and onboarding status. EraMe does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, or push-notification access and does not include advertising or crash-reporting SDKs. Adapty does measure purchases and paywall performance. Saving to Photos is optional and uses add-only permission. Images saved to Photos or shared through the iOS share sheet are separate copies governed by your chosen destination. Google/Firebase: Authentication creates the anonymous ID; Cloud Functions relays photo and account-deletion requests; Firestore stores user links, deletion markers, subscription wallets, and packs. App Check uses Apple App Attest tokens to help prevent abuse; Cloud Logging stores operational records. fal.ai (Features & Labels, Inc.) receives the selected photo, server-prepared style instructions, and technical request information to generate the era image using the configured FLUX endpoint and deliver it through fal.media. The app downloads the result directly from that delivery infrastructure, which receives the network information needed for the download. Adapty provides purchase infrastructure, paywall management, purchase/paywall analytics, and Apple Search Ads attribution using the categories listed above. We have disabled Adapty's IDFA and IP-address collection. The app does not perform tracking for advertising. Apple provides the photo picker, add-to-Photos permission, system sharing, App Store payments and signed transaction information, App Attest, and Search Ads attribution. EraMe offers weekly and monthly auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time photo-credit packs through the Apple App Store. The current price, currency, taxes, billing period, included photo credits, and any offers are displayed before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.EraMe, Apple App Store üzerinden haftalık ve aylık otomatik yenilenen abonelikler ile tek seferlik fotoğraf kredisi paketleri sunar. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Subscription photo credits are allocated at the start of each billing period. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next period and cannot be used after the subscription expires. One-time packs are not subscriptions, do not renew automatically, and their credits do not expire. After purchase, the app sends Apple's signed transaction information to our server. The server verifies the signature using Apple's certificates and records the purchase and credits. Use Restore Purchases with the purchasing Apple Account to retrieve the subscription balance associated with the purchase, not a new free allocation. The app supports automatic pack-credit restoration after reinstallation on iOS 18 or later; contact support on earlier versions or if restoration fails. When generation fails on the server or is blocked by a safety filter, the deducted credit is returned to the balance. If generation succeeds but downloading the image to the device fails, the credit may already have been used and is not automatically returned by that download failure; contact support for review. The app does not silently start another paid generation. Credit adjustments are separate from App Store payment refunds, which Apple handles at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ under its policies and applicable law. Deleting History or the technical account, withdrawing AI permission, or uninstalling EraMe does not cancel an App Store subscription or request a payment refund. Cancel renewal separately through your Apple Account settings. Local History remains within its 50-result limit until you delete an item or clear local files through the updated account-deletion flow. Delete an item through Home → History → open image → trash → confirm. Files that cannot be removed are reported for retry; removal from a list alone is not a guarantee of file deletion. Our Cloud Function holds the photo in memory during processing, not in a photo file/database archive. Updated generation logging uses technical fields such as UID, style ID, fixed error code/type, status, and any provider request reference, rather than raw provider response bodies. Cloud infrastructure may also process IP addresses, user-agent, and other connection metadata even though they are not stored in our wallet/pack documents. The audited production operational-log bucket retains records for 30 days; required Google Cloud administrative audit logs have a separate 400-day retention. In the updated app, open Home → Settings → Delete My Account and App Data and review the confirmation. The server removes the authenticated user's Firestore account link, records a deletion marker, and deletes the Firebase Authentication account. After server success, the app clears local History files, settings, displayed credit cache, and AI permission. If server deletion fails or cannot be confirmed, the app reports the problem and lets you retry; it does not automatically clear local data as if server deletion succeeded. If server deletion succeeds but some local files cannot be removed, the app reports the remaining cleanup and retries it locally, including on reopening. Account deletion does not erase subscription-wallet or pack transaction/credit records, undelivered purchase records kept on the device to finish delivering a paid entitlement, existing Adapty profiles, fal.ai records/files, technical logs, support correspondence, or copies saved to Photos or shared elsewhere. Wallet and pack records preserve the purchased balance and prevent the same transaction from granting spent credits again; they may be shared by more than one technical account. These transaction-linked records are not treated as anonymous merely because they do not contain a Firebase UID. A deletion marker retains the deleted UID and start/completion times to block replay and support recovery. After successful account deletion, its expiry is set to two hours after completion. Actual removal depends on Firestore TTL being enabled and running asynchronously; this is not guaranteed deletion exactly two hours later. An interrupted deletion, or failure to save completion, can leave a marker without automatic expiry and require maintenance. Requests made through the updated backend specify X-Fal-Store-IO: 0 to disable request-history input/output payload storage and request a 3,600-second (one-hour) lifecycle for generated CDN media. These are separate controls, not a promise of full zero-data-retention across the model provider, logs, caches, or backups. Firebase identity and the user-to-purchase link remain until deleted; no automatic anonymous-account cleanup was enabled in the audited production configuration. Wallet and pack records currently have no configured TTL. Their retention serves balance restoration, transaction replay prevention, refunds, and any applicable legal duties, but this does not establish an unlimited legal right to retain all fields. Adapty profile/purchase retention is separate and no fixed period has been verified for this integration. The generation function runs in Google Cloud us-central1 in the United States, and Firestore purchase/credit records are stored in a US multi-region location.
