The current Settings → Delete My Data action clears the app's local preview library and selected photo. Firebase Authentication creates an anonymous technical account when needed for an AI request. The app's current local deletion button does not initiate deletion of this account. Include your app version and approximate AI request date/time. If a technical user or request ID is available, it can help identify the record; we will explain any further verification needed. We identify the relevant records with proportionate verification, delete data we control, and seek deletion from relevant providers as applicable. Anonymous records can be difficult to match without request context; we do not promise that an email address alone identifies an anonymous account. The backend does not write photos to Firestore or Firebase Storage or log photo/prompt content in its own function code. fal.ai's published standard request-payload retention is 30 days; the current backend does not enable its no-store option. Other provider, authentication, security, legal, and backup records follow separate retention and deletion arrangements described in the Privacy Policy. Records required by law, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute handling may remain for the necessary period. App Store and Adapty purchase records are separate from photos.
